1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NestCheck’s home inspection services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and NestCheck Home Inspection Services.

2. Service Description

NestCheck provides comprehensive home inspection services including:

• Visual inspection of structural systems
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system evaluation
• Safety and quality assessments
• Detailed written reports with digital photos
• Professional recommendations and observations

3. Inspection Limitations

Our inspections are visual and non-invasive. We do not:

• Move furniture, stored items, or personal belongings
• Remove covers, panels, or perform destructive testing
• Inspect areas that are inaccessible or unsafe
• Predict future conditions or component life expectancy
• Provide cost estimates for repairs or improvements

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas of the property
• Ensure utilities (water, gas, electricity) are active during inspection
• Professional recommendations and observations

We are not liable for any consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the inspection or report. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services.

7. Report and Recommendations

Our inspection report is intended for the exclusive use of our client. The report describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection. We recommend that qualified professionals evaluate any issues noted in the report before making decisions about the property.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of inspection fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full inspection fee
